The Prophet ﷺ said, "A woman must not fast on any day outside the month of Ramadan while her husband is present, except with his permission."
حدثنا قتيبة ونصر بن علي قالا حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا تصوم المرأة وزوجها شاهد يوما من غير شهر رمضان إلا بإذنه
Bukhari also narrated it in the Book of Marriage, Chapter "A woman may not permit anyone into her husband's house without his permission," Hadith 5195, from the narration of Abu Zinad with the same wording. Muslim narrated it, Hadith 1026, from the narration of Abu Hurairah with the same wording.There is also a narration on this topic from Ibn Abbas [we did not find it] and from Abu Saeed [Abu Dawud, Hadith 2459].
