The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a woman gives from her husband's house with a willing heart and without causing harm, she receives a reward equal to his. She is rewarded for the good she intended, and the trustee receives the same."
حدثنا محمود بن غيلان حدثنا المؤمل عن سفيان عن منصور عن أبي وائل عن مسروق
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا أعطت المرأة من بيت زوجها بطيب نفس غير مفسدة كان لها مثل أجره لها ما نوت حسنا وللخازن مثل ذلك

Its chain of transmission is Muttafaq Alayh (agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslim). Bukhari related it in the Book of Zakat, chapter "One who orders his servant to give charity without handing it over himself," hadith no. 1425, and Muslim related it in the Book of Zakat, chapter "The reward of the trustworthy treasurer and of the woman who gives charity from her husband's house," etc., hadith no. 1024, from the hadith of Mansur, through this same chain.
