The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Two qiblahs cannot coexist in one land, and Muslims are not subject to the jizyah."
حدثنا يحيى بن أكثم حدثنا جرير عن قابوس بن أبي ظبيان عن أبيه
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تصلح قبلتان في أرض واحدة وليس على المسلمين جزية
Its isnad is daif. Abu Dawud also narrated it in the Book of Land Tax, Spoils, and Governance, chapter on the dhimmi who accepts Islam partway through the year, does he owe jizyah, hadith 3053, from the hadith of Jareer bin Abdul-Hameed, in abridged form. Qabus is daif, and the majority of scholars judged him daif.
