The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever prays the dawn prayer in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rakahs, will have a reward equal to that of a Hajj and an Umra."He said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Complete, complete, complete."

قال رسول الله ﷺ من صلى الغداة في جماعة ثم قعد يذكر الله حتى تطلع الشمس ثم صلى ركعتين كانت له كأجر حجة وعمرة قال قال رسول الله ﷺ تامة تامة تامة
[Its chain is daif] Abu Zilal bin Abu Hilal is daif (per Taqrib), and the hadith has daif corroborating narrations in Majma al-Zawaid 106/10, and Targhib wal-Tarhib 166/1, and others.
