Its chain of transmission is daif.It was also narrated by Abu Dawud in the Book of Prayer, Chapter on the Imam Speaking After Descending from the Pulpit, hadith no. 1120 and others, from the hadith of Jareer through this route, and he explicitly stated hearing it in Bayhaqi, 3/224, and he is free from tadlis. However, the hadith is defective, because Abu Dawud and the majority of scholars judged it daif, and their view is the correct one.The hadith of Yahya bin Abu Kathir was narrated by Bukhari, hadith nos. 637, 638, 909, and by Muslim, 604/156, through his route.
