Someone asked Aisha, "With what surahs did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform the witr prayer?"She replied, "In the first rakah he would recite 'Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High' [Ala 87:1], in the second 'Say, O disbelievers' [Kafirun 109:1], and in the third 'Say, He is Allah, the One' [Ikhlas 112:1] along with the two surahs of refuge."
حدثنا إسحق بن إبراهيم بن حبيب بن الشهيد البصري حدثنا محمد بن سلمة الحراني عن خصيف عن عبد العزيز بن جريج قال
بأي شيء كان يوتر رسول الله ﷺ قالت كان يقرأ في الأولى بسبح اسم ربك الأعلى وفي الثانية بقل يا أيها الكافرون وفي الثالثة بقل هو الله أحد والمعوذتين
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Abu Dawud narrated it in the chapters on Witr, the section on what is recited in Witr, hadith no. 1424, and Ibn Majah, hadith no. 1173, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Salama with this same wording. Khaseef is daif, though some of his hadith have supporting reports, including the preceding hadith.
