The Prophet ﷺ used to recite in the witr prayer Sabbih isma Rabbika al-Ala, Qul ya ayyuha al-kafirun, and Qul huwa Allahu ahad, one surah in each rakah.
حدثنا علي بن حجر أخبرنا شريك عن أبي إسحق عن سعيد بن جبير
كان النبي ﷺ يقرأ في الوتر بسبح اسم ربك الأعلى وقل يا أيها الكافرون وقل هو الله أحد في ركعة ركعة
[Sahih]. Nasai also narrated it (3/236, no. 1703), and Ibn Majah (no. 1172), from the hadith of Abu Ishaq with the same chain. It has corroborating narrations in Nasai (no. 1700) and Daraqutni (4/31, no. 1644), among others.This chapter's hadith is also reported from Ali [mentioned earlier at 459], from Ayesha [coming up at 463], and from Abdul-Rahman bin Abza, from Ubayy bin Kaab, in Nasai (no. 1700) and Ibn Majah (no. 1182). And also from Abdul-Rahman bin Abza, from the Prophet ﷺ.
