The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you has prayed the two units of the dawn prayer, let him lie down on his right side."

Its chain is daif. Abu Dawud narrated it in the chapter "Lying down after it" in Kitab Tatawwu, no. 1261, from the hadith of Abdul-Wahid through the same route, and Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, no. 1120, as did Ibn Hibban, no. 612. Amash was a mudallis and narrated with an ambiguous form of transmission (an), and his narrations transmitted in this ambiguous form are daif, whether he narrates from Abu Salih, Ibrahim, or others.
