Abu Musa Ashari reported,
My brother and I came from Yemen, and for a while we thought that Abdullah bin Masud was a member of the household of the Prophet ﷺ, because of how often we saw him and his mother going in to visit the Prophet ﷺ.

أبا موسى يقول
لقد قدمت أنا وأخي من اليمن وما نرى حينا إلا أن عبد الله بن مسعود رجل من أهل بيت النبي ﷺ لما نرى من دخوله ودخول أمه على النبي ﷺ

Agreed upon. Bukhari narrated it in the Book of the Virtues of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, Chapter on the Merits of Abdullah bin Masud , hadith 3763, from Abu Kurayb. Muslim narrated it, hadith 2460, from the hadith of Ibrahim bin Yusuf, with it. The hadith of Sufyan Thawri was narrated by Muslim.
