Abu Salama reported,
Abdul-Rahman bin Awf bequeathed a garden to the Mothers of the Believers, which was sold for four hundred thousand. He said, this is a hasan gharib hadith.

Darussalam
Its isnad is hasan. Hakim also narrated it, 3/311, 312, from the hadith of Quraysh through the same route, and graded it sahih according to the standard of Muslim, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
