The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no prophet who does not have two viziers from the inhabitants of the heavens and two viziers from the inhabitants of the earth. As for my two viziers from the inhabitants of the heavens, they are Jibreel and Mikail, and as for my two viziers from the inhabitants of the earth, they are Abu Bakr and Umar."

[Its chain of transmission is daif]. Ibn Adi also narrated it: 2/517, from the hadith of Ashaj, with the same wording. Talid is a Rafidi and daif, and Atiya is daif, as has been mentioned repeatedly.
