Whenever something distressed the Prophet ﷺ, he would say, "O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek relief."And by the same chain of narration, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Hold fast to the words 'O Possessor of Majesty and Honor.'"

كان النبي ﷺ إذا كربه أمر قال يا حي يا قيوم برحمتك أستغيث وبإسناده قال قال رسول الله ﷺ ألظوا بيا ذا الجلال والإكرام
Sourcing, hasan. Ibn Sunni also narrated it, no. 337, through Shuja bin Walid, and its chain is daif. The hadith has a hasan corroborating witness with Nasai in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla, no. 570, and Kubra, no. 10405. Hakim graded it sahih according to the criteria of the two sheikhs, 1/45, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Hafiz graded it hasan in Nataij Afkar, and it has other corroborating witnesses.
