Burayda reported,

Khalid bin Walid al-Makhzumi complained to the Prophet ﷺ, saying, "Messenger of Allah, I cannot sleep at night because of insomnia."The Prophet ﷺ said, "When you go to your bed, say, 'O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and all that they shade, Lord of the earths and all that they bear, Lord of the devils and all whom they lead astray, be a protector for me against the evil of all Your creation, lest any of them transgress against me or wrong me. Mighty is the one under Your protection, glorious is Your praise, there is no god besides You, there is no god but You.'"

عن سليمان بن بريدة عن أبيه قال

شكا خالد بن الوليد المخزومي إلى النبي ﷺ فقال يا رسول الله ما أنام الليل من الأرق فقال النبي ﷺ إذا أويت إلى فراشك فقل اللهم رب السموات السبع وما أظلت ورب الأرضين وما أقلت ورب الشياطين وما أضلت كن لي جارا من شر خلقك كلهم جميعا أن يفرط علي أحد منهم أو أن يبغي عز جارك وجل ثناؤك ولا إله غيرك لا إله إلا أنت
