The Prophet ﷺ, whenever he left his house, would say, "In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from slipping or going astray, from wronging others or being wronged, and from acting ignorantly or having others act ignorantly toward us."
Its isnad is daif. Abu Dawud also narrated it, no. 5094, as did Ibn Majah, no. 3884, and Nasai, 8/268, no. 5488, from the hadith of Mansur with the same wording. Hakim graded it sahih according to the standard of the two sheikhs, 1/519, and Dhahabi agreed with him.Amir Shaybi did not hear from Umm Salama, as Ibn Madini stated, and Hakim contradicted him, with an inconsistency in his own position.
