Regarding the verse "Indeed, We have granted you al-Kawthar" [Kawthar 108:1], the Prophet ﷺ said that it is a river in Paradise.The Prophet ﷺ said, "I saw a river in Paradise whose banks were domes of pearl. I asked, 'What is this, Jibreel?' He replied, 'This is al-Kawthar, which Allah has granted you.'"

{إنا أعطيناك الكوثر} أن النبي ﷺ قال هو نهر في الجنة قال فقال النبي ﷺ رأيت نهرا في الجنة حافتاه قباب اللؤلؤ قلت ما هذا يا جبريل قال هذا الكوثر الذي أعطاكه الله
