The polytheists of Quraysh came disputing with the Prophet ﷺ about divine decree, so this verse was revealed, "On the Day they are dragged into the Fire upon their faces, it will be said to them, 'Taste the touch of Saqar. Indeed, We created everything by decree.'" [Qamar 54:48–49].

جاء مشركو قريش يخاصمون النبي ﷺ في القدر فنزلت {يوم يسحبون في النار على وجوههم ذوقوا مس سقر إنا كل شيء خلقناه بقدر}
