The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the saying of Allah, "And We made his descendants those who remained" [Saffat 37:77], "They are Ham, Sam, and Yafith."

Sourcing, [its chain of transmission is daif]. Abu Naeem also reported it in Akhbar Isbahan 2/256 through Muhammad bin Khalid, by the same route. Saeed bin Bashir is daif, and his teacher transmitted it with "an" (without specifying direct hearing).
