Musa bin Talha reported,
I went in to see Muawiya, and he said, "Shall I give you good news?"I replied, "Yes."He said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Talha is among those who have fulfilled their vow.'"

[Hasan]. Ibn Majah also narrated it in the introduction, in the chapter on the virtue of Talha bin Ubaydullah 
, hadith nos. 126, 127, from the hadith of Ishaq bin Yahya, transmitted through him, and he is daif (according to Taqrib), and the hadith that follows serves as a corroborating witness for it.
