The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the verse "and therein they will grin with displaced lips" [Muminun 23:104], "The Fire will scorch them, causing the upper lip to shrink back until it reaches the middle of the head, and the lower lip to droop down until it strikes the navel."
حدثنا سويد أخبرنا عبد الله بن المبارك عن سعيد بن يزيد أبي شجاع عن أبي السمح عن أبي الهيثم
عن النبي ﷺ قال {وهم فيها كالحون} قال تشويه النار فتقلص شفته العالية حتى تبلغ وسط رأسه وتسترخي شفته السفلى حتى تضرب سرته
