When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ returned from Khaybar, he traveled by night until drowsiness overcame him, so he made his camel kneel and stopped to rest. He said, "Bilal, keep watch for us tonight."Bilal prayed, then leaned back against his mount facing the dawn. His eyes overcame him and he fell asleep, and none of them woke up. The first of them to wake was the Prophet ﷺ, who said, "Bilal!"Bilal answered, "May my father be ransomed for you, Messenger of Allah. The same thing that took hold of your soul took hold of mine."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Lead the camels onward." Then he made his camel kneel, performed ablution, called the iqamah for prayer, and prayed just as he would pray at its proper time, unhurriedly. Then he said, "Establish prayer for My remembrance" [Ta-Ha 20:14].He said, this hadith is not preserved. More than one of the memorizers narrated it from Zuhri from Saeed bin Musayab, that the Prophet ﷺ..., without mentioning Abu Hurairah in the chain. Salih bin Abu Akhdar is considered weak in hadith. Yahya bin Saeed al-Qattan and others deemed him weak on account of his memory.
حدثنا محمود بن غيلان حدثنا النضر بن شميل أخبرنا صالح بن أبي الأخضر عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب
لما قفل رسول الله ﷺ من خيبر أسرى ليلة حتى أدركه الكرى أناخ فعرس ثم قال يا بلال اكلأ لنا الليلة قال فصلى بلال ثم تساند إلى راحلته مستقبل الفجر فغلبته عيناه فنام فلم يستيقظ أحد منهم وكان أولهم استيقاظا النبي ﷺ فقال أي بلال فقال بلال بأبي أنت يا رسول الله أخذ بنفسي الذي أخذ بنفسك فقال رسول الله ﷺ اقتادوا ثم أناخ فتوضأ فأقام الصلاة ثم صلى مثل صلاته للوقت في تمكث ثم قال {أقم الصلاة لذكري} قال هذا حديث غير محفوظ رواه غير واحد من الحفاظ عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب أن النبي ﷺ ولم يذكروا فيه عن أبي هريرة وصالح بن أبي الأخضر يضعف في الحديث ضعفه يحيى بن سعيد القطان وغيره من قبل حفظه
