The Prophet ﷺ commented on this verse, "Say, He is the One able to send upon you torment from above you or from beneath your feet" [Anam 6:65], saying, "It will surely come to pass, but its fulfillment has not yet arrived."
حدثنا الحسن بن عرفة حدثنا إسمعيل بن عياش عن أبي بكر بن أبي مريم الغساني عن راشد بن سعد
عن النبي ﷺ في هذه الآية {قل هو القادر على أن يبعث عليكم عذابا من فوقكم أو من تحت أرجلكم} فقال النبي ﷺ أما إنها كائنة ولم يأت تأويلها بعد
[Its chain is daif] Tabarani also narrated it in al-Awsat, no. 436, through another route from Abu Bakr bin Abu Maryam by the same wording, and this is found in the Juz of Hasan bin Arafah, no. 77, and it has another version from Ahmad, 1/170.* Abu Bakr bin Abu Maryam is daif and his narrations became mixed up.
