The man came to the Prophet ﷺ, and he was blind of sight. He said, "Messenger of Allah, what do you command me to do? I am blind of sight."So Allah the Exalted revealed this verse, "except those who have an injury" [Nisa 4:95].The Prophet ﷺ then said, "Bring me the shoulder bone and the inkwell," or "the tablet and the inkwell."
