Suhayb reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever treats as lawful what the Quran has forbidden has not believed in it."

Darussalam

Its chain is daif. Ibn Abu Shayba narrated it in 10/537, hadith 10250, from Waki through him.Yazid bin Sinan is daif, and Abu Mubarak is majhul.The hadith of Muhammad bin Yazid bin Sinan was narrated by Tabarani in Al-Kabir, 8/36, hadith 7295.
