The Messenger of Allah's ﷺ prayer was such that when he bowed, when he raised his head from bowing, when he prostrated, and when he raised his head from prostration, each of these postures was nearly equal in length.
حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن موسى المروزي أخبرنا عبد الله بن المبارك أخبرنا شعبة عن الحكم عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى
كانت صلاة رسول الله ﷺ إذا ركع وإذا رفع رأسه من الركوع وإذا سجد وإذا رفع رأسه من السجود قريبا من السواء
Agreed upon (by Bukhari and Muslim). Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Adhan, chapter on the proper completion of the ruku, its stillness, and tranquility in it, hadith no. 792, and Muslim, hadith no. 471, from the hadith of Shubah, through this same route.There is also a narration on this subject from Anas [Bukhari, no. 821, and Muslim, nos. 472 and 473].
