The Prophet ﷺ said, "Ten things are from the natural disposition: trimming the moustache, letting the beard grow, using the toothstick, rinsing the nose with water, clipping the nails, washing the finger joints, plucking the underarm hair, shaving the pubic hair, and cleansing with water after relieving oneself."Zakariya said, Musab said, "I forgot the tenth, unless it was rinsing the mouth."

Muslim also recorded it, in the Book of Purification, chapter on the characteristics of fitrah, hadith no. 261, from Qutayba with the same chain.There are also narrations on this subject from Ammar bin Yasir [Abu Dawud, no. 54, and Ibn Majah, no. 294], Ibn Umar [Bukhari, no. 5890], and Abu Hurairah [mentioned earlier at no. 2756].
