The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No soul is killed unjustly except that a share of its blood falls upon the son of Adam, because he was the first to establish killing." Abdul-Razzaq said, "Established killing."
حدثنا محمود بن غيلان حدثنا وكيع وعبد الرزاق عن سفيان عن الأعمش عن عبد الله بن مرة عن مسروق
قال رسول الله ﷺ ما من نفس تقتل ظلما إلا كان على ابن آدم كفل من دمها وذلك لأنه أول من أسن القتل و قال عبد الرزاق سن القتل
Agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslim. Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Holding Fast to the Book and the Sunnah, chapter on the sin of one who calls to misguidance or introduces a bad practice, etc, hadith no. 7 (?)21, and Muslim, hadith no. 1677, from the hadith of Sufyan Thawri through this chain.
