Ubada bin Samit reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him, and whoever hates to meet Allah, Allah hates to meet him."

Agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim]. Muslim narrated it in the Book of Remembrance and Supplication, chapter "Whoever Loves to Meet Allah, Allah Loves to Meet Him," etc., hadith no. 2683, from the hadith of Shubah, and Bukhari, hadith no. 6507, from the hadith of Qatada, through him.There are also narrations on this subject from Abu Hurairah [Muslim, hadith no. 2685], Ayesha [Muslim, hadith no. 2684], Abu Musa [Bukhari, hadith no. 6508, and Muslim, hadith no. 2686], and Anas [Ahmad, 3/107].
