Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A fire will emerge from Hadramawt, or from the direction of the sea of Hadramawt, before the Day of Resurrection, gathering the people."They asked, "Messenger of Allah, what do you command us to do?"He replied, "Hold fast to Sham."

[Sahih]. Ahmad (2/69) narrated it from Husayn bin Muhammad with this chain, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih. Abu Yaala (9/405, no. 2312) narrated it from Yahya bin Abu Kathir, who explicitly stated that he heard it directly. The hadith has corroborating narrations.There are also reports on this subject from Huzaifa bin Usayd [mentioned earlier at 2183], Anas [Bukhari, no. 3938], Abu Hurairah [Bukhari, no. 7118, and Muslim, no. 2902], and Abu Dharr [Nasai, no. 2088].
