The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked down at us from an upper room while we were discussing the Hour, and the Prophet ﷺ said, "The Hour will not come until you see ten signs. The rising of the sun from the west, Yajuj and Majuj, the Beast, and three landslides, one in the east, one in the west, and one in the Arabian Peninsula, and a fire that comes out from the depths of Aden, driving the people, or gathering the people, spending the night with them wherever they spend the night, and resting at midday with them wherever they rest at midday."Mahmud bin Ghaylan reported to us that Waki narrated to them from Sufyan from Furat something similar, and he added the smoke to it.Hannad reported to us that Abu Ahwas narrated from Furat Qazzaz something similar to the report of Waki from Sufyan.Mahmud bin Ghaylan reported to us that Abu Dawud Tayalisi narrated from Shuba and Masudi, both of whom heard from Furat Qazzaz, something similar to the report of Abdul-Rahman from Sufyan from Furat, and he added the Dajjal, or the smoke, to it.Abu Musa Muhammad bin Muthanna reported to us that Abu Numan Hakam bin Abdullah Ijli narrated from Shuba from Furat something similar to the report of Abu Dawud from Shuba, and he added to it, "And the tenth is either a wind that will cast them into the sea, or the descent of Isa son of Maryam."

أشرف علينا رسول الله ﷺ من غرفة ونحن نتذاكر الساعة فقال النبي ﷺ لا تقوم الساعة حتى تروا عشر آيات طلوع الشمس من مغربها ويأجوج ومأجوج والدابة وثلاثة خسوف خسف بالمشرق وخسف بالمغرب وخسف بجزيرة العرب ونار تخرج من قعر عدن تسوق الناس أو تحشر الناس فتبيت معهم حيث باتوا وتقيل معهم حيث قالوا حدثنا محمود بن غيلان حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن فرات نحوه وزاد فيه الدخان حدثنا هناد حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن فرات القزاز نحو حديث وكيع عن سفيان حدثنا محمود بن غيلان حدثنا أبو داود الطيالسي عن شعبة والمسعودي سمعا من فرات القزاز نحو حديث عبد الرحمن عن سفيان عن فرات وزاد فيه الدجال أو الدخان حدثنا أبو موسى محمد بن المثنى حدثنا أبو النعمان الحكم بن عبد الله العجلي عن شعبة عن فرات نحو حديث أبي داود عن شعبة وزاد فيه قال والعاشرة إما ريح تطرحهم في البحر وإما نزول عيسى ابن مريم
Muslim also narrated it, in Fitan, chapter on the signs that occur before the Hour, hadith no. 2901, from the hadith of Sufyan Thawri, through the same route. The hadith of Masudi is found in Musnad Tayalisi, hadith no. 1067.On this subject there are also narrations from Ali [to come: 2210], Abu Hurairah [to come: 2211], Umm Salama [previously mentioned: 2171], and Safiyya bint Huyayy [to come: 2184].
