Sourcing, [hasan] Ibn Majah also narrated it in "the Book of Inheritance," in the chapter on the inheritance of the killer, no. 2735, from the hadith of Layth bin Saad, through the same chain. It has a hasan corroborating narration in Abu Dawud, no. 4564, and elsewhere.
