I fell ill, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to visit me, finding that I had lost consciousness. He came accompanied by Abu Bakr and Umar, both of them on foot. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed ablution and poured some of his ablution water over me, and I regained consciousness.I said, "Messenger of Allah, how shall I dispose of my wealth?" or "What shall I do with my wealth?"He gave me no answer. I had nine sisters, and the matter remained until the verse of inheritance was revealed, "They ask you for a ruling. Say, Allah gives you a ruling concerning one who leaves neither parents nor children" [Nisa 4:176].Jabir said, "It was concerning me that this verse was revealed."
