A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "My brother has loose bowels."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Give him honey to drink."So he gave him honey, then came back and said, "Messenger of Allah, I gave him honey, but it only made his diarrhea worse."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Give him honey to drink."So he gave him honey, then came back and said, "Messenger of Allah, I gave him honey, but it only made his diarrhea worse."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah has spoken truly, and your brother's stomach has lied. Give him honey to drink."So he gave him honey, and he was cured.
