Judama bint Wahb al-Asadiyyah reported that she heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "I had nearly decided to forbid intercourse with a nursing woman, until I recalled that the Romans and the Persians do this and it causes no harm to their children."Malik said, "Ghilah is when a man has relations with his wife while she is breastfeeding."
ReferenceMuslim also narrated it in the Book of Marriage, in the chapter on the permissibility of ghaylah, which is having intercourse with a nursing woman, and the dislike of coitus interruptus, hadith no. 1442/140, from the hadith of Malik with the same wording. It is also found in Muwatta, 2/607, 608.
