The Prophet ﷺ said, "Truffles are a kind of manna, and their juice is a cure for the eyes."

عن النبي ﷺ قال الكمأة من المن وماؤها شفاء للعين
Sourcing, agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim]. Muslim, Ashribah, chapter on the merit of truffles and treating the eye with them, hadith 2049, from Muhammad bin Muthanna, and Bukhari, hadith 5708, from the hadith of Shubah, through this same chain.
