Whoever kills himself with a piece of iron will come on the Day of Resurrection with his iron in his hand, stabbing himself with it in his belly in the fire of Hell, abiding therein forever and ever. And whoever kills himself with poison will have his poison in his hand, sipping it in the fire of Hell, abiding therein forever and ever.

من قتل نفسه بحديدة جاء يوم القيامة وحديدته في يده يتوجأ بها في بطنه في نار جهنم خالدا مخلدا أبدا ومن قتل نفسه بسم فسمه في يده يتحساه في نار جهنم خالدا مخلدا أبدا
Agreed upon (by Bukhari and Muslim). Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Medicine, chapter on drinking poison or medicine made from it, and what is feared from it and from harmful substances, hadith no. 5778, and Muslim, hadith no. 109, both from the hadith of Sulayman Amash, through this same route.
