A man passed by Huzaifa bin Yaman, and it was said to him, "This man reports people's words to the rulers."Huzaifa said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'No talebearer will enter Paradise.'"Sufyan said, "The qattat is the talebearer."This is a hasan sahih hadith.
حدثنا ابن أبي عمر حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن منصور عن إبراهيم
مر رجل على حذيفة بن اليمان فقيل له إن هذا يبلغ الأمراء الحديث عن الناس فقال حذيفة سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا يدخل الجنة قتات قال سفيان والقتات النمام وهذا حديث حسن صحيح
Agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim]. Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on Manners, the section on what is disliked regarding tale-carrying, Hadith 6056, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, and Muslim, Hadith 105, from the hadith of Mansur, through the same chain.
