The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Modesty is part of faith, and faith leads to Paradise. Obscenity is part of harshness, and harshness leads to the Fire."

قال رسول الله ﷺ الحياء من الإيمان والإيمان في الجنة والبذاء من الجفاء والجفاء في النار
[Its isnad is hasan] Ahmad reported it: 2/501, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Amr Laythi with the same chain, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, no. 1929, as did Hakim: 1/52, 53, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
