The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not curse one another by invoking the curse of Allah, nor His wrath, nor the Fire."
حدثنا محمد بن المثنى حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي حدثنا هشام عن قتادة عن الحسن
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تلاعنوا بلعنة الله ولا بغضبه ولا بالنار
Its chain of transmission is daif. Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Manners, Chapter on Cursing, hadith no. 4906, from the hadith of Hisham with this same chain, and Hakim graded it sahih in 1/48, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Qatada narrated with an'ana. The hadith has a mursal corroborating narration in Baghawi's Sharh al-Sunnah.On this subject there are also narrations from Ibn Abbas [to come, 1978], Abu Hurairah [Muslim, hadith no. 2597], Ibn Umar [to come, 2019], and Imran bin Husayn [Muslim, hadith no. 2595].
