The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Obscenity never enters anything without disgracing it, and modesty never enters anything without adorning it."
حدثنا محمد بن عبد الأعلى الصنعاني وغير واحد قالوا حدثنا عبد الرزاق عن معمر عن ثابت
قال رسول الله ﷺ ما كان الفحش في شيء إلا شانه وما كان الحياء في شيء إلا زانه
Its isnad is sahih. Ibn Majah also narrated it in Zuhd, chapter on Hayaa, hadith 4185, from Abdul-Razzaq via the same route, and it is in his Musannaf 11/141, 142, hadith 20145. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih. Kathir bin Habib also narrated it from Thabit via the same route, in Bahr Zakhkhar by Bazzar 2/403, hadith 1963.There is also a narration on this topic from Ayesha [to come at 2016].
