I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to establish prayer, to give zakat, and to offer sincere counsel to every Muslim.He said, this is a hasan sahih hadith.
حدثنا محمد بن بشار حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن إسمعيل بن أبي خالد عن قيس بن أبي حازم
بايعت رسول الله ﷺ على إقام الصلاة وإيتاء الزكاة والنصح لكل مسلم قال وهذا حديث حسن صحيح
Agreed upon (Bukhari and Muslim). Bukhari related it in "The Times of Prayer," chapter "The Pledge to Establish Prayer," hadith no. 524, from the hadith of Yahya bin Saeed Qattan, and Muslim, hadith no. 56, from the hadith of Ismail bin Abu Khalid, with the same chain.
