The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Intoxicating drink can be made from wheat, from barley, from dates, from Zabib, and from honey."

قال رسول الله ﷺ إن من الحنطة خمرا ومن الشعير خمرا ومن التمر خمرا ومن الزبيب خمرا ومن العسل خمرا
Graded hasan. Abu Dawud reported it in the Book of Drinks, chapter on what wine is made from, hadith no. 3676, from the narration of Israil, with the same wording.Ibrahim bin Muhajir was deemed trustworthy by the majority, and Abu Hurayz Abdullah bin Husayn corroborated him.
