The Prophet ﷺ said, "The disbeliever eats in seven intestines, while the believer eats in one."
حدثنا محمد بن بشار حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد حدثنا عبيد الله عن نافع
عن النبي ﷺ قال الكافر يأكل في سبعة أمعاء والمؤمن يأكل في معى واحد
Muslim also narrated it in Kitab al-Ashribah, chapter "The believer eats with one intestine while the disbeliever eats with seven intestines," hadith no. 2060, from the hadith of Yahya Qattan, with the same wording.There are also narrations on this subject from Abu Hurairah [coming at 1819], Abu Saeed [Darimi, no. 2048], Abu Basra Ghifari [Ahmad, 6/397], Abu Musa [Muslim, no. 2062], Juhjaha Ghifari [Tabarani in al-Kabir, 22/274, no. 2152], Maymuna [Ahmad, 6/335], and Abdullah bin Amr [Fath al-Bari, 9/538, under no. 5353, and Bazzar in Kashf Astar, 3/341, no. 2894, where he has "Abdullah bin Umar," but the correct form is "Abdullah bin Amr." As for the hadith of Abdullah bin Umar, it was narrated by Ibn Adi in al-Kamil, 2/855.
