The Prophet ﷺ forbade me from wearing qassi garments and clothing dyed with safflower.

Muslim also narrated it in the Book of Dress and Adornment, Chapter on the Prohibition of a Man Wearing Saffron-Dyed Clothing, hadith no. 2078, from the hadith of Malik through the same chain, and it is found in full in Muwatta, 1/80.On this subject there are also narrations from Anas [Tahawi in Maani al-Athar, 4/249] and Abdullah bin Amr [Muslim, hadith no. 2077].
