The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no contagion and no evil omen, but I love a good omen."They asked, "Messenger of Allah, what is a good omen?"He replied, "A good word."
حدثنا محمد بن بشار حدثنا ابن أبي عدي عن هشام الدستوائي عن قتادة
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا عدوى ولا طيرة وأحب الفأل قالوا يا رسول الله وما الفأل قال الكلمة الطيبة
Agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslim. Bukhari related it in the Book of Medicine, Chapter on Good Omens, no. 5756, from the hadith of Hisham, and Muslim, no. 2224, from the hadith of Qatada, with this wording.
