The Prophet ﷺ said, "If a man says to another, 'You Jew,' give him twenty lashes. If he says, 'You effeminate one,' give him twenty lashes. And whoever has intercourse with a woman who is forbidden to him by blood relation, put him to death."
حدثنا محمد بن رافع حدثنا ابن أبي فديك عن إبراهيم بن إسمعيل بن أبي حبيبة عن داود بن الحصين عن عكرمة
عن النبي ﷺ قال إذا قال الرجل للرجل يا يهودي فاضربوه عشرين وإذا قال يا مخنث فاضربوه عشرين ومن وقع على ذات محرم فاقتلوه
[Its chain of transmission is very daif]. Ibn Majah also narrated it in the Book of Hudud, Chapter on the Punishment for Slander, hadith no. 2568, from the hadith of Ibn Abu Fudayk with the same chain. Ibrahim bin Ismail is very daif, and there is another defect in it. The hadith of Bara bin Azib [previously mentioned, no. 1362]. Qurrah bin Iyas [Ibn Majah, hadith no. 2608].
