The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is no amputation upon a betrayer, a plunderer, or a snatcher."
حدثنا علي بن خشرم حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن ابن جريج عن أبي الزبير
عن النبي ﷺ قال ليس على خائن ولا منتهب ولا مختلس قطع
[Sahih] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Legal Punishments, Chapter on Amputation for Snatching and Betrayal, no. 4391, Nasai, nos. 4975, 4976, and Ibn Majah, no. 2591, from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj through this same chain. The mention of having heard directly is made explicit in Darimi, 2/175, and elsewhere, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, nos. 1502–1504. A portion of it was mentioned earlier in the sourcing of hadith no. 1123.
