Two women were co-wives, and one of them struck the other with a stone or a tent pole, causing her to miscarry her unborn child. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that for the unborn child a slave, male or female, was due, and he placed the liability upon the woman's paternal kinsmen.Hasan said, "Zayd bin Hubab also reported this hadith to us from Sufyan, from Mansur, in similar terms." And he said, "This is a hadith that is fine and authentic."
Muslim also narrated it in the Book of Retaliation and Those Fighting Against Society (al-Qasamah wal-Muharibin), Chapter on the Blood Money for the Fetus and the Obligation of Blood Money in Cases of Accidental Killing, etc., no. 1682, from the hadith of Shubah, by this route.
