[Its isnad is hasan]. Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Blood Money, Chapter on the Blood Money for Limbs, no. 4566, and Nasai, no. 4856, both from the hadith of Husayn Muallim, transmitted through him, and Ibn Jarud declared it sahih, no. 785.
