Abyaz bin Hamal reported,

He came as an envoy to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and asked him to grant him the salt mine, and the Prophet granted it to him. When he had turned to leave, a man in the gathering said, "Do you know what you have granted him? You have granted him nothing less than water that never runs dry."So the Prophet took it back from him.He also asked him what portion of the arak trees might be reserved as protected pasture, and the Prophet replied, "Whatever the hooves of the camels cannot reach."Qutayba confirmed this and said, "Yes."Muhammad bin Yahya bin Abu Umar narrated to us that Muhammad bin Yahya bin Qays Maribi narrated to them, with this chain, a report similar to it. Marib is a district of Yemen.
