The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the boundaries have been set and the roads marked out, there is no right of pre-emption."
حدثنا عبد بن حميد أخبرنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن الزهري عن أبي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا وقعت الحدود وصرفت الطرق فلا شفعة
[Its isnad is hasan] Nasai also narrated it in Al-Kubra (Tuhfat Ashraf: 45/5, no. 5795), and Bayhaqi (109/6), from the hadith of Fadl bin Musa, with the same wording. Naeem bin Hammad, who is truthful and hasan in hadith, followed him in a corroborating narration found in Bayhaqi (109/6).
